“The hotel doesn't provide any laundry service or even self-served washing machine although it says it has in Expedia. This is unfair and ruined my plan.
The staff cannot speak English at all nevertheless they tried hard.
The room looks a bit old but everything is clean. The environment is quiet and there is a river view.
The lobby is grand but I don't have anything to do there.
