"Very clean and convenient hotel, great location and staff"

"We loved our stay at the Rakuro hotel in Kyoto. It is a beautiful space with lovely rooms and peaceful communal spaces. The lounge is a lovely place to sit for a while after a busy day in Kyoto. The staff is kind and helpful as well! We enjoyed breakfast one morning as well. While it was a bit pricey it was nice and filling."

"Super comfortable and clean experience with the Trinity location. Everything worth checking out was very walkable save a few of the larger temples. The in-house restaurant and bar was perfect for what we needed, and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. This place made us never want to leave kyoto!"

"great location (close to station, centre and was quiet), friendly and attentive staff that was available 24/7, buffet was delicious (japanese and western menu), spacious and clean room, goodies available (hair tie, pocket hairbrush etc… and appliances to to borrow like iron and nightwear etc…), laundry and drying machine available 24/7 and free drinks available from 12pm to 10pm. overall, great hotel, i recommend. "The room size is huge (especially compared to Tokyo hotels). There were 2 separate beds a couch and room enough to put your luggage. I loved the location and the area. It is walkable to attractions such as Nijo castle and the national garden. Most importantly it’s a short walk to the train station. The common areas are kept very clean and it has a lovely courtyard with a japaniese garden. "
