"We were excited to stay at such a beautiful home, but became increasingly disappointed as we found one thing after another missing or broken. The bathroom sink faucet wouldn't run. Neither tub was usable. The sauna light was burned out. The pillows with the futons didn't have pillow cases. The communication for the check-in procedure was contradictory, causing us to wait outside the gate for 20 minutes for someone who never showed up. "We loved this place and would stay here again when we travel back to Kyoto. The place was super clean and quiet. It felt so safe and train stations were in walking distance. We even found an awesome Korean restaurant right around the corner from the place. Also the Lawson store was just a minute away from here and open 24 hours.
