Omg love this hotel so much! Staying here felt like stepping into an old Japanese house. Instead of a typical sofa and coffee table, the living area had a low table surrounded by plush floor cushions, creating a cozy space to relax, enjoy tea, or share a meal. As for the 1 bedroom and bathroom areas were cute and modern. The perfect place for a group of 4. Rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and they offer luggage transfers to your next hotel destination. Just be sure to ask the safe when checked in. Usually luggage transfers ask for 2 days in advance. I recommend staying at least 2 nights in Kyoto. About 15 minutes walk from Kyoto train station. 10 minutes walk to AEON Mall. 7 minute walk to a cute little coffee Shop.

Hotel location is a bit of a walk from the train station. Restaurants in the area are limited and you end up back around the train station for the best variety and selection of restaurants and cuisines.
