"今回の滞在もスタッフの方々に暖かく細やかな応対、お客様に寄り添う気持ちが伝わってきて気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ザ・ラウンジ＆バーにて夕食を注文しました、少し料理を待たされることとなりましたが、その手違いを忘れさせるチーフやスタッフさんのフォローに流石、はいむるぶしさんと思いました。今回もクラブラウンジを利用させていただきましたが、ここでも満足に過ごさせていただきました。何度も行きたくなる素晴らしいホテルです。"

"Si je pouvais, je mettrai 20/10 comme note de satisfaction. Les petits dejeuners etaient excellents et préparé avec amour et detail. Grande chambre spacieuse et propre. Et le personnel, je serais toujours reconnaissante de leur acceuil et de leur support. Nous avons eu un accident avec notre auto de location et comme nous ne parlions pas japonais, cetait tres difficile. Le personnel sur place nous a aide tout au long du processus et sest assuré que nous soyons rassuré et en securite. "

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. It was well located for easy access all over the island. The room itself was large and spacious, though the room for the toilet could've been a bit bigger especially for tall people. Room was spotlessly clean. Shower was good. The fact you can get a rope to string up on your balconly to dry towels, swimmers etc was very handy. They also have a laundry with washers & dryers at reasonable rates. Our room looked out to the ocean which was stunning. Unfortunately no chairs on the balcony and you get the full western sun, which was nice for sunsets but hot. Breakfast had a huge variety of foods, both Japenese, western and other asian flavours. We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. The little convenience store was handy. Carpark was large and free and the staff hrlpful. Would recomend staying here if visiting Ishigaki"

"Hoshinoya Taketomi fue una experiencia hermosa y aún más especial porque celebramos nuestro aniversario de 10 años allí. La isla es espectacular y el servicio fue excelente. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Sara, quien nos ayudó desde el check-in y siempre estuvo dispuesta a orientarnos con información del hotel y de la isla. Muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Gracias por hacer nuestra estadía aún más especial."
