“The property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Host provided connections for USB devices in every room (very helpful because I come from the US). Host also provided all kinds of condiments, unlimited coffee, teas, washing detergents, and full personal hygiene supplies. House has private parking, garden, and is close to the metro, but the most amazing part is our host! He was very helpful and friendly! He sat down with us at checkin and showed us how to get around with metro and……

“Hemos estado fenomenal en este alojamiento rural de Braojos. La casa está perfectamente equipada, con todo tipo de detalles: ropa de cama y toallas de calidad, suficiente vajilla , accesorios y electrodomésticos en cada una de las casitas y en las zonas comunes. No hemos echado de menos ningún detalle. Las vistas desde las ventanas del tejado son inmejorables, por la noche se ven todas las estrellas y por el día iluminan las habitaciones con luz cenital. Además el jacuzzi se estropeó y el dueño……

“La casa está muy bien, las estancias son amplias y lo que hay se corresponde perfectamente con lo que se ve en las fotos. Tanto la entrada como la salida se hacen telemáticamente. Tal vez por eso, y porque no hay nada de información sobre la zona en la casa, queda la sensación de que todo es muy frío, aunque por otro lado también es cómodo a la hora de entrar y salir porque no hay que estar esperando a nadie.”

“Santiago was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and met us at the house when we first arrived to welcome us and show us around. The house was spectacular for a large family. Everything worked well and we had a great experience. Check out was simple. Located in beautiful countryside outside of Madrid. Walking distance to public bus stop that will take you to downtown Madrid. Highly recommend.”

“This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. I recommend staying in the Serfardi apartment. It was a a great experience. We hope……

“He estado este finde de semana con mi novio, a 15 minutos de Renfe andando, buena ubicación y se está muy bien. Lo único malo muy malo para nuestro gusto, después de estar todo el día en Madrid lo bueno sería una duchita caliente, pues no sé ducho mi novio y ya yo tuve que ducharme con agua fría corriendo. Y así todos los días. No hay agua caliente para dos. También deciir que el estropajo para fregar te lo ponen usado de otras personas, eso no me gustó para nada y tuve que ir al día a por un……

“I found the property to be very clean and comfortable. The property owner kept in touch throughout my time always making sure that everything was OK. Owner also provided information about nearby restaurants and supermarkets. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location of the property was near everything that we were interested in checking out i.e. downtown Madrid, and the outlying cities of Toledo, Segovia, Avila, etc..”

“Nous avons passé 2 super semaines ! Maison fonctionnelle en très bon etat confortable et très bien.équipée. Conforme au descriptif Espaces nuit et jour bien délimités et les 2 terasses la.rende agreable à vivre à plusieurs La grande terrasse côté piscine est à l ombre toute la.mâtinée et.début d apres.midi est top pour profiter sans souffrir de la chaleur puis on peut basculer sur la terrasse arrière pour avoir de la fraicheur. Propriétaires attentifs et réactifs pour que tout se passe bien……
