“Lovely hotel, superb staff and one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at a “free breakfast included “ hotel.”

“parking was great and room was excellent”

“Breakfast left a lot to be desired”

“Rooms in rough shape, old furniture, missing fixtures in one room, missing knob for bathroom door in a 2nd. No bugs.”

“Location was conveniently off highway. Ranch grounds were primitive. Back patio was a nice oasis. Pond was cute with peddle boat (except the boat filled with water when it rained). House was a nicely divided floor plan. Very accommodating for our two families, 10 total. Host was responsive and friendly.”

“Everything was good plenty of parking and very quiet and clean.”

“Microwave and fridge combo worked reliably during our stay compared to other places I've tried.”

“Room was cozy and included everything we needed such as a double king bed and bathroom essentials. Bathroom was clean with both bath and shower options. Staff at the front desk were helpful when we checked in late.”

“I went solo and appreciated how close everything was plus free WiFi in public areas made checking emails quick before bed.”

“Good value for what you pay. Room had AC and a fridge which was handy.”

“Got a good night's rest before the drive and could use WiFi in public areas without any problems sending emails. Room had essentials like fridge and microwave which helped keep things low-key.”
