It is within walking distance to Lithia Park and the downtown area. We have stayed here three times and look forward to returning. Kathy is an excellent host.」

「The location was great and the space was clean. It is essentially a basic studio style apartment/converted garage. The adjacent house is also a rental, but we had no noise or other issues with those guests. As other reviews note, the entrance is awkward with the AC sticking out into the main path, but certainly navigable.
