A hidden oasis

This was our second stay at this comfy, cozy apartment. Convenient location within easy walking distance of downtown Ashland and theaters.It has a beautiful yard ( the loveliest and most unique water fountain) and secure parking off the street. Nice outdoor furniture for a relaxing morning coffee and after theater unwind. Definitely a must reservation for 2026.

Ashland Road Trip

Comfy, beautifully decorated, just the right size for two. Especially loved the incredible yard. Great for relaxing. The home is close to everything. Walking distance to Lithia Park! We were lucky to experience 4th of July Parade. The town is very friendly. Fun shops, good food and drinks and wineries. Highly recommend this home. Thank you for your hospitality. Look forward to seeing you again.

Really Nice Apartment in Ashland!

This is a well cared for property, beautiful in and out. The apartment was perfect for me and my wife. It's a one bedroom with an extra bed in the living room. It was spotlessly clean and very functional. The back yard is delightful and a great place to sip your morning coffee. It is located perfectly, just a short walk to downtown Ashland and the theater. The manager is very responsive. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

In the heart of Ashland

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I. There is a daybed in the living room, so our 9 year old grandson could stay a couple of the nights with us. This home was cozy, bright, and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfection

My wife and I have stayed at both the Titania and Oberon rental in this home. Both times we were amazed at how warm and welcoming the rentals were. The house is perfectly located in the downtown area so we spent very little time walkin to our favorite restaurants and shops. Also, we lacked nothing as the owner thought of everything we might need during our stay. As I noted in the title, our stay was absolute perfection.

Perfect!

Everything you could want in a home away from home. The garden is awesome, the indoors is soooo quiet! How do they do that??? The kitchen is TOTALLY beyond adequate—no stove top but induction burner units in the cupboard. Truly, it was all beyond our wildest expectations. Beautiful, comfortable, AMAZING!!! We loved it. No, we LOVED it! I stay in Ashland often, and this marvelous place is going into my rotation. Heaven.

We loved this rental. It was comfortable, very close to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theatres and downtown. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. the bed was comfortable, the walk-in closet provided a lot of room, the kitchen was adequate for our needs, and we made use of the laundry in the basement. We wish we would have been able to stay there longer.

Beautiful, clean, walkable

This is a very cute apartment, everything very clean and comfortable! The back yard is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. Easily walkable to Shakespeare, restaurants, Lithia Park, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful

The property was beautiful in every way. The restoration work, the art, plants and more created a calm and peaceful space with everything needed provided and a very comfortable bed!. The garden area was a respite space unto itself. Antea was responsive and easy. This was one of the best VRBO rentals I have had the privilege to experience.

Charming and convenient

My daughter and I loved staying for a weekend to visit SOU. Gorgeous home very walkable to downtown. Safe, clean, easy parking. Highly recommend for one or 2 people.
