"There were ants in my bed and when I told the staff they were hesitant to fix the problem at first and werent vert friendly. They did issue me a refund thankfully but it was like pulling teeth trying to get it."

"This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The first room we were in the tub was stained, cracked up in places in the water leaked in it constantly. The hotel has no handicap options available for walk-in showers. The front desk clerk was rude and insulting when I requested a room change for the second time. Without even checking to see if we had requested a room previously she insulted me for calling again at three in the morning when I couldn’t sleep for traffic and an air conditioner that sounded like a jet plane taken off the whole time it ran, I would never stay at this hotel again and probably will not stay at residence Inn by Marriott again."
