The soundproofing effect of the room is very poor. The cars on the road are very noisy. The curtains do not block light at all. The reception desk is in another hotel, but no one has notified us of this before.We had to drag the box for an extra two hundred meters. The toilet has a disgusting smell.

圖片顯示酒店的外部與相片不符，酒店由兩部分組成，其實中間有一條內街分隔，入住登記在主樓部分，亦即在大街，前面剛好有交通信號燈，但顯示實際的地址卻在副樓，晚上才到就不好尋找。

This hotel seems not a hotel! Like a hostel or even worst than hostel. Check-in need to go to another hotel's reception check-in. No cups for drinking. No hot water, no slippers we need to bare foot walk over room and even wash room! Only shower gel and no shampoo. After having shower, the floor like flooding! our room is near the street that was very noise. Will it return here!

Altstadt war zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Busfahrt vom Flughafen ging schnell und gut. Waren alle nett und freundlich. Zimmer hatte keinen Föhn. war einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Fenster ging zum Hof und war ruhig.

Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Only slight con was I was rang at 4am mistakenly as they thought I had requested an early wake up call? Very strange but overall a nice hotel with great staff.

Top mit Ohrenstöpsel
Sehr schönes Zimmer. Leider im EG mit Fenster zur stark befahrenden Straße und nahezu keiner Geräuschdämmung. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel wäre man morgens wohl wie gerädert aufgewacht, mit Stöpsel gab es aber keine Schwierigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert und sollte genutzt werden!

Good stay!
Great stay for the price and great location Only major issues is nothing is listed that they do not do any form of house keeping at all I would expect aleast a towel change really 5 days and no clean towels Will be asking for some for of compensation for not even telling at check in Other wise room is clean and nice.

Vastaanotto/ kirjautuminen on viereisessä Von Stackelbergissä, ja City Hotellissa ei ole henkilökuntaa. Huone oli ihan ok perushuone yöpymiseen. Huoneet sijaitsivat mukavan erillään toisistaan, eikä myöskään muiden vieraiden ääniä kuulunut. Huone sijaitsi katutasossa, ja joitakin saattaa häiritä läheisen kadun vilkas liikenne. Aamupalaa ei tullut ostettua, mutta senkin olisi voinut lunastaa edulliseen 12 e hintaan Von Stackelbergista.

ROOM SMELLS BAD and GOT BED BUGS
This hotel didnt say that we will get the key from another hotel although its nearby but our taxi got confused. At the same time the rooms smells so bad even though it is clean. They need to fix their drainage because it stinks all over the room that we needed to open the window. More over, the bed has bugs. I got bitten ugh You can also hear the other renter. They got home 3am and I got awaken from their noise.

I initially booked for one night as I was in need of an affordable room in the center. However, it turned out to be a great stay for a hotel within that price range. Apart from the location (right next to the Old Town and close to the train station/Baltic market/design district, the room also had what we needed, including hair dryer, water kettle, powerful shower, and a comfortable beds. I also love the big windows that allowed plenty of daylight. The weather was cool enough so we didn't need AC and the fan worked just fine.

Room itself was clean , spacious , comfortable and had a tea /coffee making jug , the latter a welcome rarity in Europe. Hiwever still no fridge …. One of the few so called ‘garden view ‘ rooms which looks straight into the rear concrete car park- but this is far preferable to one of the ridiculousll noisy rooms in the front of building which are literally 2 metres away from roaring buses on a busy highway . No sleep for the wicked souls in those rooms . I booked and rebooked through Expedia , the reception staff were young , inexperienced and useless - kept giving me false information about availability so there was no point even talking to them
