Good location but not very ideal room
Practically zero information was supplied upon check-in other than the WiFi password. I had to ask other guests where the (ONLY) hairdryer was. Rooms on the first floor either have zero ventilation (with the windows locked) or have security compromised (with windows open). So if possible ask for rooms on the second floor.

I can’t comment on the staff since I didn’t see one person from the time I arrived and I stayed two nights. However, I must say that when I booked the RoomIt did not state that I had a shed bathroom which normally tell you.

The hotel is quite good and confortable, nice central location and warm bed. Still the rooms should be more insulated from external noise as you can clearly hear noise from other rooms very easily

Few times with people in charge being onsite. No one to ask questions of. Somewhat disorganized.

Thank you for your feedback! Staff is usually around during check in hours but not always in reception. We have tons of info with additional links to check all around the hostel and our number to drop us a message if needed. Regardless, thank you for pointing out where we could improve!

Easy and friendly check in, good facilities. Some noisy guests on one night but that’s not the fault of the accommodation. Location is perfect for being close to the Old Town and ferry terminal for Helsinki. Area felt safe. Would stay again!

My stay at Draper Startup House
The house is fairly good. Beds are small but quite confortable, for the price you pay. Internet works well and bathrooms and other places are clean You are near the center of the city so there are restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the service is not so good, I needed a taxi to go back to the airport and there was noone to help. There is nobody at the reception and if you have a problem there is nobody to call. Moreover, the room was a little bit too cold for me, but maybe this is normal in Estonia

Thank you for the feedback!Indeed, on some very cold days even us locals feel a bit chilly inside! Usually the adjustable heaters manage to make it nice and cozy though.Our contact is displayed in the reception area, to which we respond to pretty much around the clock. Inquiries are also welcome via the reservation site and we are always happy to help!

Tallinn old-town hostel close to everything
Clean & com.fy stay with that entrepreneurial spirit. Friendly, helpfull hosts, creative energy, international, cultural atmosphere. Mainly urban nomads, remote-workers, cultural explorers and the like.

I can say very much you feel like you are home, Staff are very helpful super nice and very friendly they did not charge me for my 2 laundry load so I did my laundry for free 👌🙏 the place has an amazing location 👌👍❤️ and nice clean kitchen fully equipped, it is one of the best place I been during my traveling in Europe 🙏❤️👌👍

Amazing space
Amazing location, staff and comfy bed. The kitchen is well equipped too. Comfy areas to chat. It's just shower rooms that need a good clean. Passedthe message on while there. Besides that loved my time and promised to return. Thanks everyone.

Pro: Friendly staff, Value, Location Con: Worst bathroom/shower condition I’ve ever experienced (splash of feces, covered with dusts, even though shower next to toilette, broken toilette commode—the whole toilette commode base is disconnected—broken shower head holder, dirts and hairs everywhere, broken light. There are molds in the room. It is noticeable the place has not been properly maintained.
