舊城區內，離碼頭近，服務品質差
飯店在舊城區邊緣，離Terminal A步行可達，對隔天一早就要搭船的我們蠻方便的。我們一早check out 出發要打包早餐飯店也同意（只是餐廳並沒有7am準時備妥餐點，也沒有餐盒，有點可惜）房間不大，盥洗室很大。check in & check out時的櫃檯人員臉色頗差，提早到飯店時，服務人員的態度表現得似乎我們不應該這麼早到，寄行李也指了指叫我們自己去旁邊房間放......下次再訪塔林不會再選擇入住。

Stayed in a Comfort Double room. The first room where the TV didn't work was on the mezzanine floor with a window facing the street. Unfortunately it was very easy to see from the outside, so the curtains had to be used permanently. As a result, the room was very dark. After one night we moved to another room that was more spacious and even had a balcony. It really depends on which room you have in the hotel, even in the most expensive category. Annoying: you can't shower without flooding the bathroom.

Hotel muito bom, localizado no início do centro histórico de Tallin. O único ponto desfavorável é o banheiro muito pequeno. O box só tem vidro de um lado, portanto, molha o piso do banheiro inteiro. O café da manhã deveria ter mais frutas.

Henkilökunta oli tylyä yhtä vastaanottovirkailijaa lukuunotattamatta. Huoneessa ei ilmastointia ja todella kuuma, vaikka yöt ovat elokuussa viileitä. Huone uuden näköinen ja siisti, sänky mukava. Aamiainen ok.

Tre nätter i gamla stan
Hotellet har fantastiskt läge i old town. Nära till allt. Jättebra frukost och hotelets personal är trevlig och behjälplig. På hemsidan stod det att incheckningen är fram till midnatt men det går bra att cheka in även senare. Vi är mycket nöjda. Enda nackdelen är kuddarna som är tjocka. Det gick inte att använda de ( och vi är inte så kräsna).

The hotel offers you everything a 3 star hotel can. Nothing special but for this price its good. I think The location of The hotel was the best thing. Not in the center of old town but just a few steps from everything.

8/10 Punkten. Gute Lage, etwas Verbesserungsbedarf
Sehr gute Lage und auch der Empfang ist sehr nett. Die Aussicht mit direktem Blick auf die Kirche ist ebenso wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr klein. Das Frühstück ist ein klassisches Buffet. Wichtig ist für mich ein guter Kaffee. Die Auswahl an Getränken ist gut, aber die Qualität der Bohnen könnte besser sein. Das Essen an sich ist ganz gut und bietet eine sehr große Auswahl.

Hotelli on siisti ja sijainti hyvä. Tullessamme palvelu respassa oli vaisua, ja kun kävimme myöhemmin kyselemässä juomalaseja, joita huoneessamme ei ollut, saimme vastauksen "It depends on room category". Saimme kuitenkin vesilasit huoneeseemme. Huone oli nykyaikainen ja ihan mukava, mutta sijaitsi katutasossa, jossa olimme kuin näyttämöllä. Pimennysverhoille oli siis käyttöä myös päivällä. Huoneen ovi ei eristänyt lainkaan ääntä, joten kaikki käytävän äänet kuuluivat selvästi huoneeseen. Kylpyhuone oli kompakti, mutta riittävän kokoinen ja siisti. Suihkussa käydessä kastui kuitenkin koko kylppärin lattia. Aamiainen oli ok, mutta ei mitenkään erityinen.

It is near to the old town, just 10 mins walk. In December, the room temperature was good. Breakfast is enough. Price is great for the value

Siisti, viihtyisä ja hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli. Huone ja kylppäri olivat todella pieniä mikä tuotti välillä haasteita. Yhden hengen huoneena olisi ollut ok. Suihkussa tilan ahtauden vuoksi suihkuverho takertui koko ajan ihoon kiinni. Käytävän äänet kuului huoneeseen. Siisteys oli hyvä ja sängyt todella hyvät. Myös aamiainen oli hyvä. Kaiken kaikkiaan kuutenkin kallistuu positiiviseen.
