Disappointed and ruin my holiday in Tallin

The room is not as good as the picture shown. There is no sofa in the room and a chair instead. And the chair and desk is not match. The design of the electricity is not user-friendly as if I remove the room card, the sockets in the room will not work, and there is no on-off button for the lamp near the bed, you can only control the lamp by removing the card, so it is impossible for you to charge your phone after you close the lamp. First night is really uncomfortable as the bed sheet is not clean and I feel itchy all the night. The check in is not satisfactory as well as I can’t open my door using my card and I need to go to the reception again. At night 4pm you can hear the noise, the window can ban the noise but the room will have bad ventilation if you close the window. Also they didn’t refill the shower gel, I called the 24-hr reception at night but nobody answered The staff is helpful and the gel and bed sheet is changed. This is the only one point which I think is acceptable. Breakfast is not satisfactory as well, choices is the least among all of the hotel that I have lived. Orange juice tastes bitter. Only 6 simple dish, and other bread and salad. Very disappointed that others said they were good in the comments. Although the location is convenient, but it will be a bit difficult to find the hotel. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not worth the stars and money.

This was a very nice hotel with attentive staff. It is located within the old town so there was so much that was very close--including just outside of old town. The only downside was my window faced a sort of back ally that was secured for use of the hotel and restaurant only (no stragglers used it). Sadly there were times I would have my windows open and have to shut them because of someone smoking stinky cigarettes below. Other than that--it was a perfect stay there.

The bed was well past it's best before date and the noise from the nightclub was so loud we couldn't sleep. Our previous stay out room faces the parking lot and it was a great stay. The room was great too for that stay.

Situation de l'hôtel très agréable et pratique, MAIS : Accueil très désagréable et jamais de sourire. Chambre spacieuse avec beĺle vue (comme demandé au préalable) mais mal insonorisée. Right in the old town

Very good value during the week. The location was perfect snd walking distance to the old town in Tallinn. Viru Gate was 1 min walk and the Town Hall square was 5 mins walk. We had a free room upgrade.

Perfect location

The location makes this hotel by being within walking distance to everything in the old town. Only a 1 minute walk to Viru Gate. The prices during the week were very competitive, but more expensive at the weekend. The room was clean and had what we needed. The breakfast was served a long time and had cereal, porridge, eggs, sausage, fruit, cheese, salami, salad, fish and breads.
