“Cute and cozy.”

“Great property! Great host! Communication was excellent and the property was as described. Will definitely book again.”

“We loved this historic property filled with antiques & charm. Dale was most accommodating & quick to fix a minor problem with a leaky sink. There was plenty of room for us all & lots of nice touches. From the well appointed kitchen to the thirsty towels to the comfortable mattresses, we felt well cared for the entire time. Looking forward to our next visit!”

“This house at the white tail retreat/farm was perfect. I loved how comfy everything was and the house truly felt like a home. I loved the quiet, country setting and all the deer. We felt like we belonged!”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable and very clean. We spent several evenings sitting on the side deck.”

“Incredible location, massive space of second floor over a quiet small professional business (not retail).Really cool mix of historic charm with renovated space, lots of different areas to relax and enjoy. We only had two adults and a kid because we wanted the location, definitely could easily fit a much larger group.”

“Clean and comfortable. Good location.”

“Great apartment...Just be aware of the 25 step entry way to get from the street to the apartment. Old beautiful restored bldg .”

“This is a beautiful property. I stayed in the lodge and it was quiet and comfortable. It had a main kitchen where you were set up with a coffee pot, filters and coffee, a keurig (bring your own cups) and basically a full kitchen with all appliances available to cook a meal and a table to eat at and read the paper. . The entrance lobby is a big beautiful room and a back porch. The restaurant is good and the staff warm and friendly The fly shop is where you check in and they couldn’t be more……

“The pictures are very accurate of the place. The bathroom is on the first floor beside the dining room. There is a TV, but no wifi so we didn't use it. The front porch was nice and cozy with a swing. There were air conditioners in each bedroom and the dining room, which kept the house very comfortable. The beds were comfortable.”

“Comfortable cabin. Accessible by a flight of outside stairs. WiFi was barely reliable. A beautiful quiet location with the sound of running water with a brook outside.”

“The pictures were a little misleading, made it seem a lot more private than what it actually was.”

“Very nice and quiet place to stay.”

“The location of the apartment is great and convenient to everything in town. We were able to walk to get coffee and our meals. It was great for our dog too. There were places nearby to walk him. We would definitely recommend it!”

“Easy to find, adaptable for individual or family stay. Appreciated host’s attention to details. Safe location close to town.”

“We had a wonderful visit with our daughter and son-in-law on this trip. The location was perfect for popping into Elkins to grab coffee and a donut (we recommend Tip Top Coffee and Byrds Donuts.) The steam train ride in Cass was amazing. We did not get to use the hot tub because it was so hot each day that no one wanted to get in. We have only one complaint, and this is definitely a personal issue. We thought the bed in our suite was too soft for our liking, but we know everyone likes……
