Trapper Chalet "CHALET DES CERFS"

Superb stone and wood chalet renovated in 2016. Located 5 minutes from Col de la Forclaz, 10 minutes from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. Come and discover the water sports of Doussard Beach or the mountain hikes starting next to the chalet. The chalet gives you the charm of yesteryear in the comfort of something new. In a trapper style, be careful in winter, heating is done by the wood stove. (Wood provided and fire initiation at your entrance). Surrounded by mountains, the accommodation will allow you to enjoy the calm and beauty of the nature of our region thanks to its large terrace.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people maximum. It consists of a real closed bedroom for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and a dormitory for 4 people (sheets and towels optional 15€/bed). On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen and living room opening onto the large 20m2 terrace.
On the first floor is the dormitory and on the ground floor is the bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Linen is provided in the room and pillows are provided in the dormitory, but sleeping bags must be taken by you or as an option we can provide you with sheets and towels.

Chalet situé à une vingtaine de minutes du lac et des commerces, très bien équipé (lave linge, petit congelateur, four, micro onde, cafetière nespresso), avec une belle terrasse, au calme et arrivée autonome très appréciable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Chalet montmin

Le chalet n est pas facile à accéder pas possible avec des personnes handicapées ou même des personnes âgées Pour aller en ville faut descendre 8km de montagne Sinon tout est présent dans le chalet. Un feu qui fonctionne très bien Nous avons passé malgré tout un bon séjour au calme Sa ressource.

Endroit top, isolé ce qu'il faut pour profiter du calme de la montagne mais à 20 minutes de la civilisation pour les courses. 10 minutes du col de la forclaz pour les parapentistes.

Bon séjour

Chalet plein de charme, parfait pour être au calme au coeur de la montagne. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant. La capacité pour 6 personnes est un peu juste. Nous avons trouvé que nous étions loin d'Annecy et du lac et que l'accès n'est pas facile.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet agréable chalet!le coin est super calme,loin de tout !il y a 2 randonnées au départ du chalet ce qui était super bien avec notre chien!le chalet est très beau et complet!nous y avons passer de super vacance,déconnecté de tout car loin de la ville et ses bouchons!il y a les vols en parapente à 5min,la voie verte à 5min et Annecy est à 20 min. Merci à leonore pour son accueil et ses conseils d'activités!

Nous sommes arrivés dans ce petit chalet typique, simple à la fois, au milieu de la montagne.. et il s'est mis à neiger... assis sur le canapé, avec ce feu de bois chaleureux, la baie vitrée avec vue sur ces sapins ornés de neige... un décor de film de Noël Ce petit chalet à la décoration rêvée, avec la petite mezzanine qui est tout aussi adorable Mes plus belles vacances à la montagne...

Chalet très agréable, bien aménagé et équipé, terrasse spacieuse et ensoleillée toute la journée

environnement très calme, et reposant, avec torrent à proximité très appréciable, ambiance montagnarde, parfait pour les amoureux de la nature que nous sommes, et pour deux adultes et trois enfants; situation idéale puisque tant à proximité du col de la Forclaz (point de décollage de parapente), et du col de l'Aulp que du lac d'Annecy. A cela, s'ajoute les nombreuses possibilités de randonnée tant pédestre que cycliste.

Je suis sceptique par rapport aux autres endroits loués

J'ai bien aimé l'architecture du bâtiment, un alliage du vieux et du contemporain. L'ensemble est cependant peut fonctionnel pour des personnes dans la soixantaine. Le lit de l'unique chambre au sous-sol est tellement petit qu'il faut passer par dessus l'autre pour en sortir ( imaginer les nombreux pipi de nuit), ce n'est pas du tout repos. On nous a fourni 2 draps et deux serviettes pour pour deux personnes. Comme l'humidité et la chaleur accablante, rien ne séchait entre deux usages et aucun moyen d'aller dans un autre lit disponible à moins de dormir sur le matelas. Il semble que ce soit la règle en France. Bien que situé dans un endroit magnifique, le chalet et la terrasse n’offraient aucune vue sur les environs sauf sur massif d'arbres à 30 m et et un cour qui ressemblait à un chantier de construction. La propriétaire bien que jolie, n'était pas pro client et ne comprenait que ce qu'elle voulait entendre. On attend toujours la suite sur le sèche serviettes de la salle de bain pour lequel on nous a accusé de bris alors que nous avons simplement utilisé ce dernier pour sécher... nos deux serviettes... puisqu'il n'y avait pas de barres régulières. Nous avons trouvé également que le montant de la caution, étaient nettement exagérés comparativement aux autres locations de vacances mieux équipés dont lave linge, et plus confortable ( ventilateur). Il faut dire que la région est très belle et mérite un détour. Normand

Beautiful chalet with a nice terrace

A very beautiful chalet with a nice terrace: great view, sunny and calm! A good location to visit the lake of Annecy or to do some hiking. We also have watched the Tour de France at Montmin. The chalet was fully equiped and recently renovated, however some things still have to be finished.
