「If you’re looking for a real historical place to stay, this is it. Very well maintained..bathrooms in our building, Halpino, was excellent..all redone. Bed very comfortable, floors creeked but very old building. Breakfast was at another building you could walk too. Was excellent and fancy. Was in a further area from historic downtown but easy drive. Historic it is perfect for Vicksburg.」

「Staff was excellent. Facilities where clean and well maintained. We stayed in the room next to the pool. Voices could be heard in the room next door because of connection through air vents. Was not a problem for us but might be for others.」

「The room was excellent, extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was good. The grounds were in somewhat of disrepair but it looked as if they were in the process of making repairs. It had what I needed for a good night sleep which was all that I wanted at the time.」
