"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The hotel is beautifully located over the lake, offering peaceful views and a relaxing atmosphere away from the busy city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, making the stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable as pictured, and spotless. Breakfast looked good - noodle soup - but I didn't have time to stay. I grabbed a tangerine and headed off to the airport (taxi fare 100,000 dong) for my flight back to the US. "

"We wished we had planned a second night! We stayed here on our return from Sa Pa before taking a flight the next day. Very convenient and roads with light traffic to get to the airport. This is a 121 ha resort in a natural setting where you have free access to bicycles to explore. There are 2 or 3 restaurants including an excellent breakfast buffet. You can hear frogs singing at night and birds...what a concept around noisy Hanoi."
