It all ends with this scene which is stunning. Only a 30 second walk from the car park to the river this shot was taken about a 5 minute walk further downstream on the main track at sunrise.

Our room was clean and comfortable, though the walls are papert hin and we could hear everything from the accommodation next door. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty.

A spacious, Clean apartment set in lovely grounds. Very quiet environment. It was an easy drive into the city and a very good base for visiting Hamilton. Simple cooking facilities, but no hob or oven so had to rely on salads.

Clean and nicely presented inside Lovely quiet area Helpful staff. Needs some signs for rooms clearly marked and grounds weeded and lawns mown at the back. Need care in bathroom with slippery shower base and wet tiles and step down to kitchen needs to be marked. Enjoyed my stay in such a relaxing place.

We loved the property. The only issue was we thought we had a private bathroom, not a shared one. However, this was quickly resolved by Andrew, who very kindly moved us to another part of the house where we had our own private facilities.

It was a lovely location with a vast section to relax. The rooms were very clean and spacious. This place is truly a diamond in the rough. As there is only a door separating the apartment lounge and the house lounge, we could constantly hear the neighbours - not rowdy, but the noise travels. Also, the photos and description of the property were incorrect. Only a bar fridge instead of the full sized one pictured, and two single beds instead of a queen bed (King bed still there). When questioned about these I was simply told thy would update the site - I see this still has not been done :(

There was opened long life milk in the fridge - somewhat empty-, unopened fresh milk would be better. The step down to the kitchenette should have a "watch your step" sign. What is the point of having pots and pans when there is no cooker? Also no coffee as well. A curtain for the outside door would be great. The place was very clean and pleased that it had two air conditioners :) When you book you don't really know what part of this complex you are getting. I was surprised that there was no cooker and that is was around the back but overall was a good stay but could be improved. The receptionist asked if I money in my bank to pay - on both cards we tried :( -The world glitch lol

The check-in process could use some improvements. We were told someone would meet us at the property, but with a large family staying at the unit next to us, it was confusing who to meet with. The small unit we stayed at didn't have a clear entrance yet, but he said they were going to work on that. Such a great place with much potential!

This place is really bad. First, it is extremely difficult to find with very poor instructions on how to find and enter. We had to call for the gate code and the person gave us the wrong code twice. The garden is completely over grown and nothing to look at. The entry door goes directly into the bedroom and is full length clear glass with no curtains. Anyone can look in while you are sleeping or changing clothes. The water temp was luke warm. Finally, my wife had a run in with a 50mm long beetle in the bedroom. I would highly recommend you find some other place.

Individual photos of the “Grand Apartment, 1Bedroom, Garden View” are completely misleading. The photos show a full size kitchen but the actual unit is a small kitchenette. Photos also show the lounge/dining area as being huge but it was not. The Wifi was slower than the old dial up service. What was worse there was no servicing of rooms (we were there 3 nights). Rubbish bin not emptied, used towels not changed, toiletries & tea/coffee not restocked. Found out the Magnolia Park is managed and run by the Anglesea Motel which is about a 20 min drive away hence poor service.
