“at the check in ,
1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in
Hotel room
1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll.
2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception
3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110) ”

“The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall.
Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish.
The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful.”

“Amrit from the Lobby Café delivered outstanding, personalized service throughout our two days at the Lobby Lounge. His attentiveness and ability to remember my tea preference after the first day reflected true professionalism. Lynah, Ambassador on 31/01/26 and Receptionist on 01/02–02/02, was equally commendable, explaining room facilities, fulfilling requests with follow-up, and respecting privacy.
However, Room 6008 had several issues. Breakfast on 01/02/26 lacked butter and featured a poorly……
