新開張不足半年，我們被告知是開業以來第二位香港人住客，榮幸！設計簡約、乾淨舒適，房間大，我們房間有大玻璃窗可看到長門溫泉河川，最欣賞是旅店員工，他們每個待客都很親切熱誠，入住當日剛下雨，員工看到我們在門外，便跑出來幫我們推行李和遞上雨傘給我們，細心周到，服務絕對比得上5星級旅館，大讚！附近有不少食店和一間很細小的便利店，都比较早关门，可选择酒店内用晚餐，餐厅Pizza和意粉也很美味且价钱相宜，有趣是可直接看著廚師烤Pizza，酒店旁就是有600年歷史的溫泉 恩湯，住客可免費使用，泉水是頂級的柔滑，如要早上浸溫泉，請留意恩湯是早上9時開始，但旅館退房時間是10點，只有1小時享用時間。附近環境寧靜舒適，建議晚上在河川附近散步，夜燈加上河川柳樹景色很美。如像我們般喜歡享受有歷史的優質溫泉，又不希望入住老舊和昂貴的溫泉旅館，這裡絕對是不二之選，秋季再來的話，我們也必再次入住這裡。

服務人員親切有禮，處處照顧周到，早晚餐精緻美味，溫泉雖不大但足夠滿足，有家庭風呂，很適合不喜歡大眾湯的人們，溫泉旅館內的庭園景觀一流，舒適，旅館周邊方便，也有不少食店，很值得推薦

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room layout to be quite unique, which added a special touch to my experience. However, I felt that some of the space was not utilized effectively, leading to a bit of wasted room. On the positive side, parking was very convenient, making it easy to access my vehicle whenever needed. One downside, though, was that the hot spring facilities were located across another building. During winter, this made it somewhat inconvenient to enjoy the amenities. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, there are areas that could use improvement for a more seamless experience.
