“Some friends and I stayed here for a few days and were blown away by the house and location. You are extremely close to Las Olas/downtown along with being in walking distance to the beach. The house itself is impressive and the pool area/waterfront were amazing. If you’re looking for an upscale/quiet place to stay that’s well situated in FLL then I highly recommend this listing.”

“My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!”

“House is in a great location - very close to beach and boardwalk. The house was as advertised. Very clean, very nice and was great for all nine of us. Although the backyard is small, it is very unusual to have such a yard in this area and the pool was very nice as well. Overall it is a great place to stay if you want to be near Hollywood Beach. “Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts……

“We came to the Deerfield Beach area to visit family and this villa was absolutely perfect place to have as our home base. The location is excellent and we walked to the beach and intercoastal in minutes. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated and the yard was spectacular and like a sanctuary. There was a sunken hot tub and tiki bar and lush tropical gardens and it was all private. The center tree was to attract butterflies and it was filled with butterflies. It created a magical place……

“Husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon. Property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and all of the shopping and restaurants, but far enough that it’s still peaceful and private. Stefanie is so nice and easy to get ahold of. We encountered some bees in one of the trees during our stay and she had someone out to the house to take care of it within a couple hours. I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay……

“Our stay at this home was before we got on our cruise ship. The home was just as described, if not better!! Great location to the port and the airport. The house was great for our family of 6, plenty of room. We also enjoyed sitting around the pool and swimming too. The property manager was great to work with also. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.”
