“First time solo travelling and this was the perfect place to start with. Such a relaxing place, enjoyed the quiet atmosphere when waking up and coming back from a long day. The staff were extremely lovely and respectful and made sure everyone’s stay was as relaxing as possible.
I’ll be coming back for sure !!”

“The room was good but their handling of my booking was disappointing. There was some kind of accidental ‘double booking’ and they wanted me to pay for both fees, despite this situation clearly being an accident. Even after Expedia resolved the situation, the still sent me a message saying I must pay the fee which I did not appreciate.”

“写真はまるでビル全体がホテルに見えたが、1フロアであったことにびっくりしました。
またドアも施錠されており、開錠の暗証番号はメールで送っていると貼り紙書いてあったがメールは送られてきてなく入室できなかった。
またそのようなことも予約時に明記されておらず、不審に思い、泊まることを辞めました。
怪しいと感じました。
急遽、別のホテルを予約して泊まりました。
当日の予約のため大変、高額となりました。
大変、憤慨しております。
2度と利用するつもりはありません。”
