「The staff is courteous and friendly. They attend to any complaint with utmost sincerity and satisfaction. The complimentary breakfast quality has to be improved. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Though the resort is on the beach the waters could be rough but the pool at the resort is absolutely hugh so it was like swimming at a beach. Close to the beach meant one could take quiet walks on the beach. Resort is just near Five Rathas and energetic tourists can walk to most of the sites as traffic is horrendous and grid locked. Amenities are great, rooms modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Great choice of menu food day round....

「The location is really out of the world, I have been to booty many times in the past, but this was the first time I been here and totally new side of ooty. Its right for people who like silence, peace and enjoy the chill weather. the roomsare spacious and very comfy with clean bathrooms.usually hotel roomsare compact and cramped,but this hotel rooms are very spacious. I will def come again.」

「Einfach zu erreichen mit Taxis (Ola/Uber) - man fragt für "Phoenix Mall in Velachery". Was mich nicht gefallen war die Bar - alkoholische Getränke sind sehr teuer.」
