This charming home in the greater Tampa area has had a complete makeover! From the floors to the appliances, and furniture, everything here is brand new. With clean, simple modern design touch throughout the space, this home certainly has the comfort factor!

You are minutes from most attractions in the area, with plenty of shopping & dining options only a few minutes car ride! Orlando and Disney World less than an hour away, you can enjoy both coasts in a day!

It was a great place and close to stores and venues. Needs better marking on house for if coming in after dark. Nice cozy place loved the hammock. Would come back when I visit again

Six week stay

Stayed for 6 weeks. House is in older neighborhood of Brandon. We felt safe in the area and it was convenient to things we wanted to do. Bathrooms are small and need to be upgraded. Two of the bedrooms only had nightstand drawers for clothes. No dressers for clothes storage except in master bedroom. Closets were spacious. Kitchen had decent upgraded appliances. Ice maker does not work. This house is suitable for four people, maximum 6. Dinnerware and cookware was okay but only enough for 4 people. The dining table was a high top with only 4 chairs. Outside areas could also use some upgrades. Soffit was bowed and hanging down in the front. Patio has picnic table but no chairs. Not sure why, but there was a hammock on a stand in the office.
