“Alex made the check in and check out process extremely easy and checked in with us during our stay to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed playing bocce ball and sitting around the fire pit in the evening. The location was great and I would definitely stay here again. ”

“One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!”

“On the Expedia website, you will see views of the beach, a well-kept neighborhood, and a chic townhouse that supports a family going on vacation. In reality, there was no view to look at, the townhomes in the area were all run-down, including this one. The exterior of this home in particular had an unkempt lawn and gray splotches on the wall. This greatly disappointed me, as showing an unkept stay to my family, especially to my daughter, whom I dedicated this trip to, made it seem as though I……

“Me quedé por una noche con mi familia y Dianet fue muy amable, nos dejó poder hacer el check in antes de las 4 pm. La casa muy limpia y tiene de todo, el detalle de dejarnos unos dulces en la mesa fue muy lindo. La ubicación es muy céntrica. Fue una estadía muy cómoda, definitivamente volvería ☺️”

“The house had an odor when walking in and the floors were also super dirty. I don’t think they were cleaned before us because we found rubber cockroaches under one of the beds. We had a pet but the gate doors in the back is broken and will swing open. The location was ok but I had three kids I definitely wouldn’t let out front without me. It’s down town so that was cool.
