Great Breakfast!

Had a great one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the breakfast. The food was great! I would stay again just for the breakfast. (Huevos rancheros, gorditas, and other great stuff)

I have stayed at this location many times, so I was surprised at the changes for the worst. But the most frustrating thing this time, was a terrible encounter with a unprofessional, rude and unkind desk clerk, Saul I believe is his name. It seems this Hotel is changing his business mode to focus on less is more. Not even a three stars by current standards, and for just a few bucks more, you can stay in a much better location. I will not longer visiint Vista Inn.

podrían meter 2 frutas en el desayuno, 1 día dieron melón (bien), pero al otro papaya (no me gusta) la otra opción que siempre ponen es ensalada de fruta en almíbar, y es demasiado dulce, o colocar una opción reducida en azucares para las personas diabéticas

El descuido y suciedad de toda la habitación eclipsan la amabilidad del personal. En nuestra habitación las paredes y lavabo tenían mugre, las toallas estaban sucias, la tapa de la hielera tenía moho, la cafetera rastros de café, y abajo de la charola de la cafetera no se había realizado limpieza por mucho tiempo. En otros aspectos, el desayuno estuvo bien y variado, el café rico y la fruta fresca. El personal fue muy amable y con respuesta muy rápida a pesar del haber muchos huéspedes. La alberca era adecuada pero sin calefacción. No hay comida ni cena en restaurante por la tarde pero tienen servicio a habitación. En cuanto a ubicación, muy adecuado para el aeropuerto pero lejano a la playa y centro.

Las instalaciones son viejas, estuve hospedada una semana, la alberca tiene grietas, lo cual puede ocasionar heridas en las personas que accedan a ella, la tina de baño mantiene una limpieza inadecuada tenia una mancha de sarro enorme, de esas que quedan cuando no se mantiene una buena limpieza, no cuenta con plancha en la habitación, por lo que se tienen que solicitar en recepción, el burro de planchar nunca se pudo sostener, lo cual reporte y me hicieron el cambio por otro que jamas cerro, el menú del desayuno es el mismo todos los días. Además de que como el pago a este hotel lo realice por medio de Expedia, el hotel no me entregó una factura argumentando que ellos no recibieron el pago. (entonces no se cómo tengan su convenio porque entiendo que la factura la debe proporcionar quien ofrece el servicio).

¡Excelente hotel! Habitación amplia, colchón y almohadas fenomenales, con aislamiento acústico, regadera con tina y aseguran qu el agua de la llave es potable aunque no quise comprobarlo. La alberca aunque no es muy grande, es suficiente para descansar un rato, personal muy amable. El desayuno buffet incluido es bueno, pero podría mejorar un poco. Hay chilaquiles, huevo con jamón, además bocoles y mini tortas de la barda, platillos típicos de la zona. Cereal, jugo artificial, fruta, pan y waffles sobre pedido. En general, por su relación valor-precio, probablemente sea de los mejores hoteles de la zona.

El hotel es bueno, tiene todo lo necwsario, esta bien ubicado, el servicio y atencion es de primera. Las opciones de room service son algo limitadas y el wifi en la habitacion es muy malo si vas a tomar una conferencia o es un viaje de trabajo.
