Overall good experience
Front desk staffs were helpful and friendly, we managed to park our rented car, without trouble of looking for spaces, throughout our 5 days stay at Bayview, satisfied overall. Only to note, there is renovation going on at the hotel, it may get a little bit noisy from 7am-6pm.

冷氣非常冷
冷氣非常冷,只有ON/OFF,沒法調溫度,但是關空調室內非常非常潮濕,再加上關島下雨,所以入住期間非常潮濕,但是地點景觀好!!房間有備微波爐,咖啡機,但無電熱水壺,看個人需求!!但家庭住房是方便的!

Helpful reception
The welcoming staff is very friendly and understandable. I can do early check in without extra charge due to room vacancy. In general the hotel is very convenient and within walking distance to DFS and the nice restaurants nearby. However, one bad thing is the bed isn’t too comfortable as the bed is a bit worn off but it’s def value for money with this price.

Nice view from room
Helpful staff who provided early checkin for us as we took red eye flight and arrived in the morning. The balcony was a bonus, we enjoyed the view of tumon bay! One star was taken from 5 because of the restaurant service. The waiters there had bad attitude and didn't take care of what we asked for. Food was nice thougb.

清晨航班到达酒店，可以办理入住。这个值得点赞。但是入住后的服务就很差，房间打扫要到下午4-5点才完成。每日赠送的咖啡等都会遗漏。入住体验不好

便利的位置是這酒店的最大優勢。酒店旁就是24小時便利商店ABC store，而宜附近食店林立，DFS 和JC superstore 亦只是5分鐘的路程。 性價比高亦是這酒店的吸引之處。相比其他附近的酒店，這酒店相對便宜。房間衛生程度亦是可接受的範圍。 然而，這酒店並無有附設沙灘及其他水上活動設施。

中價又舒適整潔的酒店
這間酒店我認為是關島杜夢灣區中價酒店中, 一個不錯的選擇, 地點較主要大道後了一條街, 但行到主要大道亦只需3-5分鐘, 酒店房間舒適整潔, 但不提供牙刷這一點有些難以接受, 有個大露台, 景觀方面雖然是遠望海景, 但正好卻有另一半城市景襯托, 望出去真的不比杜夢沙灘邊一帶的酒店差, 附近亦有很多食肆, 無論大早上或宵夜時段都能容易找到吃的, 唯一缺點就是從最近的巴士站行到酒店, 需要行一段斜路, 對於老人家可能有一點吃力.

酒店 整體 評價 很差!
出發前已預訂機場接送。當到達 關島機場竟然沒人來接送！ 之後致電酒店，職員竟說沒收到接送通知！ 我請酒店shuttle 現在來機場接我回酒店，酒店職員竟然cup線！我再致電，電話嚮10通以上都沒接！酒店front desk 電話是為顧客提供服務的。竟然嚮'10通都没接聽，所以我相信之前通電話cup線是故意！太過份！ 我再繼續致電洒店，終於有人接聽。 我只要求酒店shuttle 現在來機場接我。職員不斷叫我等，說要問司機，叫我15分鐘後回電！！ 我前後回電3次都重覆叫我15分鐘後回電！已過了45分鐘……我等到第4次回電才成功安排司機接送！！ 到達酒店，我跟一位front deck 名叫Jia 小姐投訴剛剛位同事不禮貌cup線！Jia 竟說是電話問題！並沒跟進！完全不承擔責任！！ 當時我剛落機是早上8am，航班亦delay 3小時。很累！设跟她爭呦…… 我在lobby等了50分鐘！只是問一句Jia小姐“ would u please ask the housekeeper is the room ready? " Jia 小姐態度惡劣地說" THEY WILL CALL!!!" 然後眼神凶惡地盯著我！！！ 本人覺得我是來旅遊！而酒店是應該提供良好友善的服務態度。為何我要受這對代呢？！ 之後因機場接送，CUP 線，等司機安排而回電4次(15 分鐘 致電1 次) ，再加上給JIA 的對代！原本到關島天堂渡假的美好心情完全被破壞！覺得很可惜，很失望！ 終於入到房間，房間提供的兩瓶樽裝水。竟有一瓶是開過，是剩3份1瓶！ 幸好我當時的精神狀態能發現到！ Housekeeper 亦有給我換新的。 房間大，舊。厠所板左右搖擺，沒修理。 馬路車聲嘈吵。但可接受！ 入住其間，我要求兩條毛巾。等了1小時都未有……再致電，再等才有……(簡單講，不論任何少少的要求，起碼兩次以上才有 ) 到入住的最後一天！真係最不能接受及深深體回Bayview hotel 的服務連Motel 都有如！！ 我booked 5pm的hotel shuttle 到機場。 4:15pm 致電front desk 要求 hotel shuttle 改5:30pm. 職員說ok! 到5:10pm致電front desk..要求Bell Service。因行李太多……等到5:30pm Bell man 還沒來！！ ( hotel shuttle 是5:30pm 的！ ) 我再致電front desk，一位接線生竟然完全不知道我在等bell service！ 我說我趕時間要到機場，為何還沒來？！ 那位接線生說現在來…… 到他來到房間，竟然連行李車都冇推！兩手空空，遊遊閒地走過來……我問行李車呢？他說不知我行李那麼多！！ 試問我行李不是那麼多，我何需bell service 呢？！！！！！ 我自己都能拿！！！ 落到lobby. Check out 完，hotel shuttle 竟然還未來！！！ 真係到忍無可忍的地部！！！ 我叫職員立即call 司機！我要去機場！ 職員只說司機on the way……亦沒拿起電話致電司機。 我再叫職員立刻致電司機，我趕時間去機場！！ 這樣職員才拿起電話……！ 這酒店的shuttle , 接機沒來！送機遲到！試問怎能給遊客信心？ 總括來說 Bayview Hotel 是一間各方面都不知所謂，不負責任的酒店！不會推薦亦不會再入住的酒店！ 原本到關島渡假的心情徹底破壞！！！ 此酒店亦破壞關島天堂渡假處的美譽！

Good hotel to stay!
I stayed in this hotel again this year and the service are good and the price are resonable. The staff was nice and helpful. Moreover, it's situated in the center of Tumon and all the shops and restaurants are all nearby. I will pick this hotel again whenever I go Guam.

You can order shuttle bus from hotel to airport by 10USD/person. However, the driver will not help you for moving luggage into and out of the car. He just sit inside the air conditioned car. No smile or thank you in the whole trip.
