「Lovely, helpful staff and a great location, right by the water where you look down on everyday life, dhows, donkeys and all. Quiet garden with pool and sunloungers. Excellent rooftop restaurant. 30 minute walk to Lamu or short boatride. Large, traditional rooms so don't expect TVs. 」

「The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. 」
