From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary fruit basket, and to our surprise, we also received a complimentary room upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a Super Deluxe Room. The room was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing. The resort staff paid great attention to our special request and arranged a traditional cultural dance and singing program for us. It was an amazing experience—we even got the chance to wear traditional cultural attire and dance along, which made the evening truly special and unforgettable. The property is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and create meaningful memories in Chitwan. Every detail, from service to ambiance, was thoughtfully handled. We created beautiful memories at this resort, and we will definitely revisit River Bank Jungle Resort on our next trip to Chitwan. "We enjoyed our stay at Bar Peepal. Our room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. I was surprised to find that they aren't able to include a top sheet on the bed. The staff are excellent. Breakfast is very nice. The food is generally very good. I appreciated that the produce grown on the hotel's farm is featured in most dishes. The only dishes I would not recommend are the pork chop, which was mostly fat, and the whole trout, which was not cleaned well. We haven't used the sauna. We were surprised to find that it is not an included amenity. The massage at the spa is excellent. The travel desk provided good service. We hope that their drivers will be taught the drop off spots for popular treks. We were grateful to be able to leave our extra bags here during our trek. We plan to return here on future visits to Pokhara. "
