「Great communication from the host and excellent location in London. They were also very accomodating for our early check-in.BUT the place is dated, somewhat rough, and in need of a refurb - peeling paint, a broken bedside table, rusty old fixtures, and tons of carpet stains. This place has the bones to be an actual luxurious flat, but the wear and tear is considerable.」

「The host cancelled our stay at the last minute with no explanation.」
