“Everything is good.”

“Property is new. Room was very clean, staff were pleasant, though some didn’t have answers to questions. Bed and pillows were very comfortable Be prepared…yes, there is a compact kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. BUT there are absolutely NO kitchen wares. Nor is there a hairdryer, iron, bathroom soaps…. ”

“The hot tub and the pool which is why we booked looked nothing at all like the pictures the hot tub was green/brown at best the pool was a lighter shade but they both were very low on water the hot tub jets didn’t work. Our sink and shower had hair in it and the mid day front desk woman was cold and bothered at best. She was a bit rude about towels.The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful as well as the overnight woman.”

“We always enjoy our time at the casino and we especially love the band that was playing the night we stayed. This was our first time staying in the hotel and we will definitely stay there in the future. Our room was clean and quiet. There was a large family group on our floor, but once inside our room, we couldn’t hear anybody. The outdoor bar area at the hotel was also very nice! ”

“Disappointing. No maid service. You need towels, ask at front desk. Want your bed made, do it yourself. No breakfast included as shown on Expedia. No more IGH for me. No more Expedia for me.”

“Great place to stay”

“Clean room. Helpful staff. Great “penthouse” room with hot tub that works like new. They’re in the process of updating the front desk area but that doesn’t did not disturb us at all. ”

“The brrakfast was fine..basic. there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor. The pool is nice but getting old.. staff was great. Woukd be nice if they had a patio area”

“The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed.”

“Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. ”

“Room: it was nice for a family of 3, overlooking a beautiful tree and the basketball court. the only downside was the washroom did not have a fan. the sofa bed and actual bed was comfortable. Breakfast: there were basics such as bread, bagel, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, and eggs etc. Staff: kind! Amenities: the pool and hot tub was fun to have ”
