“We traveled for 12 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. We were greeted with "the suite you booked is no longer available". Anna at the front desk blamed "maintenance issues". We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be. Apparently a sleeper sofa will fit two people (according to Anna) -……

“Breakfast was on point! Hot tub did not have any bubbles even though I turned on the timer.”

“Well maintained, close to the outlets and casino. We will stay here again in the future.”

“The hotel was fine. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The worst part was the breakfast. They only have what they call bagels (which was like eating a bun) several cereals and oatmeal packets.”

“The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location.”

“Staff was excellent. There was a new front desk attendant being trained and they were both excellent. Property was very outdated and in need of a makeover. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable but I’m very picky with my mattress and pillows. Pool was nice, however pool room was in need of updates. Breakfast area, although small, was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Requested an early check in and they were very accommodating. Very enjoyable stay other than needing some cosmetic repairs and……

“My husband and I had a wonderful two day stay. We were greeted by Joan when we drove up. Our room was beautiful, spacious and homey. Breakfast was delicious both days and the company was amazing. The conversations were warm and welcoming. It was close to our concert venue as well as our friends in Ohio. I would love to return for a stay.”

“Hotel was immaculate. Located in a nice area with some nice restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the basketball hoop was not working correctly.”

“Location was great with shopping and restaurants near by. Pool was small & closed at 7pm which is pretty early compared to other hotels. Shower pressure was absolutely terrible & they had no hair dryer. Beds were comfortable. No streaming apps on TV. 1st shift front desk was great, 2nd shift not so much - very unprofessional.”

“Excellent hotel, our room was very clean and beautiful bathroom, the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly but the older gentleman that I assume was the manager was phenomenal! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit our relatives that live there. Job well done!”

“I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again.”
