“Dar es Salam (house of peace) is located in the southwest area of the old walled city (Medina) of Asilah. Within 50 meters of the house, you will find food and handicraft markets (souks), fresh fish restaurants, an Arab sauna (hammam), bakery, pharmacy (chemist) and many other services. Relax or dine on the “chill out” roof top terrace with its large lounge sofas protected from rain and sun under an Arab tent (khaima). This lovely home is luminous, quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. It offers Optic Fiber Internet Wifi & satellite TV with European channels, 2 bedrooms (1 double) (1 king), living room with 2 single sofabeds, 2 full baths, roof kitchen & dining & a stairway security gate for children. Great time in a lovely house

We spent 10 days in the house Dar es Salam in Asilah and really enjoyed it. The house was clean and styled in a nice oriental way. It was great to spent time at the terrace in the evening. It was all the time quit in the house, aswell in the whole medina. There are many very nice beaches nearby Asilah to discover. The medina is a perfect place to do shopping or to enjoy the tiny streets and cafes. Outside of the medina you can find any kind of shop or restaurant at many levels. It is easy to reach Asilah from Tanger by Taxi, just 45 min driving. Also it was no problem to reach other places like Larache by collected Taxis and it was also cheap. Said the housekeeper was very friendly and helped us directly if we had a problem. It was easy to get contact to the owner, who was very kind and interested that we had a good time in his house, so he gave us some tips what to do in Asilah. We would come back, because we really enjoyed our stay in Asilah and Dar es Salam. Arthur

Una estancia formidable

Casa muy agradable y cómoda, está muy bien provista de menaje de cocina, en aquellas cosas que solemos echar de menos: cafetera, tostador de pan, etc. Tiene una azotea con una pequeña cocina que permite preparar y disfrutar de unas cenas muy agradables, escuchando el sonido del mar.

Vacaciones en Asilah

Hemos estado una semana en esta casa de Asilah, cuatro adultos y dos niños, y hemos estado encantados. La casa es muy cómoda, está limpia, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia de estas característica. El propietario nos ha dado las indicaciones más que suficientes para llegar hasta la casa y se han puesto a nuestra disposición para lo que necesitábamos. Además cerca de la casa hay una panadería y una tiendecita que la hacen más cómoda. La recomiendo!!!

"Un hogar muy bonito y tranquilo en un entorno precioso. La casa tiene un espacio enorme desde abajo hasta los dos pisos que siguen hasta arriba. Se puede hablar de dos dormitorios independientes con puerta y de un "pasillo dormitorio" adicional con dos camas individuales con bastante espacio y acceso directo a uno de los baños. Existen dos baños completos en la primera planta y abajo hay un inodoro con lavabo. Fuimos tres amigos y cada uno hemos podido dormir perfectamente en cuartos independientes con las puertas cerradas evitando molestias de posibles "ronquidos". Tres parejas llevándose bien también podrían dormir allí sin ningún problema. En la enorme terraza de arriba hay espacio suficiente como para pasar las horas charlando con familiares y amigos o tomando una copa. Todo está decorado con mucho gusto y el encargado Saíd se encuentra trabajando enfrente, estando disponible para cualquier pregunta, sin que estuviera continuamente pendiente de nuestros movimientos.Nos ha orientado bastante e incluso nos llevó una vez a un chiringuito de la playa a comer pescado fresquísimo. ¡ Volveré en cuanto que pueda y con otra gente para que lo conozcan tod@s !"

"A beautiful riad in the ...

"A beautiful riad in the heart of the medina. We loved it! Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It slept very well as it was quiet and peaceful (or would have been had it not been for the drums in the night to waken people for breakfast before the fasting of ramadan began..this added to our holiday though!) The riad was well situated amongst lovely streets. The whole town felt safe and welcoming especially Said who showed us into the riad and checked that all was well when we saw him. He even arranged a horse and cart to take us th the beach and we ate a delicious lunch in his beach bar. All in all a lovely relaxing week. We''ve been to Morocco many time but this was our first self catering holiday and our first (but hopefully not last) time in Asilah. Thank you to Edward and his Moroccan staff for making it so memorable."

"Sin duda la experiencia en la casa fue maravillosa. La atención del propietario y gestión de la reserva fácil y totalmente fiable. Asimismo nos facilitó muchísima información de utilidad sobre el pueblo antes de nuestra llegada. Una vez en Assilah la atención del chico encargado, Said, fue fenomenal, además de ofrecernos una magnífica comida en su chiringuito de la playa. La casa fantástica. Puesta con muy buen gusto y con todas las comodidades, además de estar perfectamente limpia y acondicionada. En conclusión, recomiendo esta casa a todo interesado, pues dudo que encuentren una oferta mejor. "

"La casa estaba muy limpia y bien conservada, el entorno y la casa misma nos recordaban al barrio Snta Cuz en sevilla, porque la muralla quedaba muy cerca. El acceso a la casa resultó muy cómodo y céntrico. Queda muy cerquita del puerto de barcas y tiene cerca dos puertas de la muralla para entrar y salir de la medina con facilidad"
