「This riad/hotel is everything you could want in a stay. The host was incredibly helpful and especially accommodating for a solo traveler, which I really appreciated. It’s located within the walls of the ancient medina. It can be a bit tricky to find at first—you go up some steps through an archway, and it’s on the left—but that just adds to the charm. 「We had a wonderful stay at Dar Souran. They were quick to respond with the few questions we had before arrival. The riad is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. A lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace was an extra treat. Will be staying here on our next visit to Tangier 」

「This Riad is not near the Medina as was suggested in the listing. It was a 30 minute walk. Not a single person was there, besides us. They were kind, but this Riad was not very hospitable like the others we stayed in. They were not able to assist us very much or suggest anything. The room was smaller than the photos suggested, and it was cold and rainy but the heater in the room did not work very well as we needed.
