「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

「We traveled to Morocco with our 1.5-year-old toddler and stayed for 6 nights. Unfortunately, considering the price we paid, the experience did not meet our expectations. The main issue was cleanliness. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and daily housekeeping seemed to take only 10–15 minutes, mostly changing bed linens and doing a quick tidy-up. The bathroom, in particular, was not cleaned to the standard we expected. Breakfast was also very repetitive, with pretty much the same options...
