We’ve stayed here 3 times now and we love our stay but unfortunately the breakfast this morning wasn’t the best and very slow , everything had gone and waited a while before it was replenished and we had to go as we was attending the nec so we left hungry. The reception staff were professional and welcoming. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation (transformation) project, for example the existing bar and dining area are rather tired. The parking was expensive - £15 for 24 hours! We did not appreciate their cashless policy.
