Great English speaking staff with beautiful rooms. We booked last minute for one night and got a free upgrade. The view of the lake and city is gorgeous. I would recommend staying here for comfort.

Our stay was great especially with kids. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The only thing was that the osaka metro station was a little far, like 7 mins away. But overall, we had a good time and would stay again
