「Very good service」

「The service is very good. From the manager to the staff are all very nice. The room is clean. The place is a little tricky to be found, but overall it’s a great place to stay.」

「It was a very nice place, I liked it and it’s worth it! But don’t count on the internet」

「There’s a unique restaurant on the first floor but I didn’t have chance to dine there. The breakfast of the hotel was limited in choices and low in supply, particularly if you arrive a little bit late.」

「Helpful staff」

「Damp room, had to keep electric air humidifier running to keep smell at bay. Shower leaked and would leave bathroom floor soaking. Basement room so no window for ventilation or natural light.」

「This is a terrible hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work, and there's no storage for clothes. I booked a 10-day stay with my wife and child. When I saw the room, I decided to leave. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience.」
