"Location is great, short walk to Wang Fu Qing pedestrian mall. MacDonald’ & coffee spots near by. Rooms were decent on-site restaurant was convenient. The concierge showed us which station to catch the subway to Temple of Heaven. It was packed but cheap & convenient"

During my stay, a few things unfortunately went wrong, and the issues I raised were causing considerable discomfort. However, Leona handled everything with genuine care, understanding and efficiency. She listened attentively, took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to provide assistance and make things right. Her calm, thoughtful and solution-oriented approach made a real difference and completely changed what could otherwise have been a very disappointing experience. "A very nice hotel with very updated rooms and amenities,, the gym is very nice in the basement. The laundry is a bit small and for the size of the hotel, they should have a bit bigger and higher capacity laundry. The other drawback is the massage centre is right beside the laundry and gym, and the girls keep asking men for a message when they go to do laundry, even while their kids are there. Massage centres should be away from family service centres IMO. But everything else is great"

"Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay."
