"Staff very cold and unwelcoming. The room was a nightmare - TV didn’t work, Internet was horribly unstable, fridge was warm, bedisde lights don’t work properly, 1 coffee sachet for two guests, air conditioning didn’t work - Hotel was horribly hot. Bed was comfortable however. "
"Excellent option from a tourist’s perspective. The hotel is located right in the city center, next to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The building is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfasts are very good. Special thanks to Ksenia at the reception, who kindly explained where it is most convenient to exchange money and also recommended places worth visiting besides Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City."
