Lovely stay during summer holidays

The stay is lovely since the hotel just refurbished all the rooms so the rooms look brand new. We are greeted with a warm welcome by the concierge, Xiao Zhu who informed us very well on all our enquiries and attend to our needs. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

Great quality over price ratio hotel. We particularly enjoyed how calm, comfortable and well design the room was. We like the hotel breakfast offering. Only drawback was spotty access to Wifi with insufficient bandwidth ad constantly dropping. The hotel is ideally located 5min walk North of the same street pedestrian only shopping section, with a subway station at the next cross-road and easy bike riding distance from the main city center attractions.

Good location for first timers to Beijing

Room is spacious and modern. Location is ideal as it’s near to train station for line 5, 6 & 8. Plenty of shops within 5-10 mins walking radius. Staffs speak English and are helpful. Requested for late checkout and was given. Overall good experience

The hotel is pretty nice. We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are large enough and clean and comfortable. We are family of four, 2 kids and 2 adults. 2-full bed room works out quite well. The front desk receptionists are professional and helpful. We asked for a switch of room for my parents they helped the request immediately. Room service everyday was well done. The location of the hotel was golden, close to subway getting to area of interests. Walkable to Wangfujing shopping area. Don’t miss the China Art Museum which is just across street.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy them properly, which added a delightful cultural touch to our mornings. The hotel itself has been tastefully remodeled in recent years. The location couldn't be better, with a subway station just across the street and another line’s entrance just a 10-minute walk away. This made it the perfect base for touring the major sites in Beijing.

The property is well located right in front of the subway exits, and is in excellent condition. The only problem with our stay was that the aircon in our room seemed faulty. It would randomly stop working in the middle of the night and we would have to get up and try to fix it multiple times until it finally stays on. This happened continuously throughout our 6 night stay. Other than this issue, this hotel was a great choice for our stay in Beijing.

The design of bathroom is terrible. Toilet stall is separated from shower with a wall but sharing one very heavy, hard to pull sliding glass door (rusting?). You will expose the person on the other side if pulls the door close to use toilet or shower. Both spaces are tiny to move around. There is no inside handle to slide the door open, especially coming out shower wet, I have to use both hand digging into the metal door frame edge and pull really hard to open the door (you will definitely damage your fingernail/polish). Housekeeping always forget to refill one or two items. Coffee maker in room is so old and malfunction, you have to try 2-3 time to make work then you will waste one or two coffee pods. The robe lining is not cotton but clinging no absorption polyester, it is so unpleasant to wear especially after shower or bath. Look out the window, you will see a large, very noisy open unclean paper/box/plastic waste packing/rapping yard, and tractors come and go loading unloading with loud noise constantly throughout the day.

Angefangen vom Empfang, wurden die Koffer nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht! Man musste festbinden den ersten Stock, samt Gepäck zur Rezeption. Dann auf das Zimmer. Der Room Service ist eine Katastrophe!!!! Es wir nicht richtig gereinigt, die Betten werden nicht frisch bezogen und die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt. Wenn man die Badewanne nutzen will, geht alles an Wasserfall Handbrause das Bad unter Wasser. Die Toilettenschüssel hat extrem gewackelt und die Zahnputzbecher wurden nicht gewechselt. Für ein 5 Sterne Haus einfach Miserabel.
