This is a very nice hotel. Perfectly clean, no smoke odor. Breakfast is nice with a large selection. I was only staying for one night, which was a shame, as I'd like to have stayed longer.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent breaksfast but located in a business area with no interesting sightseeing or restaurants (and poor level of English at the room service of the hotel). Rather for business trips than for tourists

The hotel itself is brand new, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very frustrating due to inaccurate information on Expedia and the lack of assistance from the hotel staff. We booked two rooms for three nights. The hotel is VERY far from the main attractions, which was not clear when we booked. More importantly, the hotel name/location shown on Expedia did not match the information on AMap. Our driver spent more than two hours trying to locate the hotel after picking us up from the airport. After a long international flight, this was extremely stressful. We explained the problem to the front desk and decided to stay only one night and move to a more convenient hotel. Unfortunately, the staff simply told us to contact Expedia rather than helping us resolve the situation. We had to make several international calls to Expedia, costing about $0.50 per minute. I now see a pending refund for the two unused nights, which I appreciate, but it took considerable time, expense, and frustration to resolve. I strongly recommend that Expedia and Marriott/Sheraton correct the hotel’s name, address, and map information across booking and navigation platforms. I also hope Sheraton reviews how staff assist international guests when problems arise. The hotel itself is excellent, but the inaccurate information, difficult location, and lack of assistance greatly affected our experience.

good stays in Sheraton Beijing Lize hotel

I stayed 2 nights and was satisfied with the hotel. All staffs were very kind and the room was comfortable. And the hotel is not far from Caoqiao Station where you can use the Express train to Beijing Daxing Airport.

The first time visiting Beijing, we’re very happy with the service and the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet is awesome in this hotel. But One exceptional experience was meeting the gentleman ( Clyde ) in front desk, he was so helpful and showed us the city map.. with the places around Beijing.. that made our trip much easier and joyful. We’re highly recommended to all the travellers!!!

Excellent clean hotel

The hotel is super clean and the staff is friendly. The bar area was a nice place to sit and relax. My only issue with hotel is they are one that locks the thermostat and keep the room way too hot. For those of us that like it cool to sleep, this hotel made that difficult

We stayed here for a few nights with our kids aged, 10, 7 and 2. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the WiFi signal in the room where we stayed was very weak and we could not use it at all and the location was a bit further out, so it took a bit of time to get to the typical tourist spots with all the Beijing traffic. Because it is located in a relatively new financial district, there is also no close by amenities. But there is the leeze soho building within a 10 minute walk, which had a 7/11 or there is the paradise walk mall a bit further which has everything you need for food and clothes shopping. The restaurants in the hotel are open until 11pm which was handy on the first day we arrived as we got there pretty late and needed somewhere convenient to have dinner. The swimming pool is also open until 11pm which was very handy for the kids as we spent most of the day sightseeing and was still able to come back and take the kids swimming. The spa facilities are open until 2am which was even more convenient as it meant my wife was able to utilise the services once all the kids were in bed. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay here.
