“Our family of five stayed in the two bedroom junior suite. It was spacious, provided plenty of room, and was immaculately kept. The location is great - right in center of city and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I can't say enough about the service at this property. Housekeeping was exceptional as was the concierge. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful hotel close to the main area. The star to this property is the hotel staff from the concierge, to front desk and to the fabulous breakfast staff in the am. We had arrived late and the dining options were closing and kept the restaurant open for us and offered us a traditional Sicilian meal! First of many fabulous meals here. The roof top was great - we enjoyed a drink every night before dinner. A perfect stay for our week in Sicily!”

“The Excelsior Palace is outstanding. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Taormina with a huge pool overlooking the Sea. Rooms are updated and very comfortable, many facing the beautiful Mount Etna. Delicious breakfast buffet with accommodating staff. Bar/cafe at the pool is perfect for a cocktail and salad or piadina while floating in the pool. I’ve stayed here three times and cannot wait to return!”

“Amazing location right in the heart of Taormina’s Main Street. All locations were walkable, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The room had all of the amenities you would expect, and then a lovely little touch of a complimentary mini bar. Ferdinando communicated so well leading up to and during my trip, and his recommendations of places to eat and things to do was perfect. I would recommend this place to stay to everyone! ”

“Our room was near the kitchen and hence it was quite noisy. The hotel also was not very convenient considering how hard it was to drive. The staff however is very helpful and the experience was very nice ”
