“We arrived late (after midnight) after a 700km journey. The receptionist was Hungarian speaking but learning English (in her own time) and so made an extra effort in communicating with us.
She facilitated a hot drink in the foyer area for us, (despite the restaurant being closed) while we went through the check-in process.
