Tolle FeWo-Anlage, modern, sauber, gut ausgestattet

Der Check-In ist verbesserungswürdig, lag aber an der Agentur, nicht am Vermieter selbst. Die FeWo war super modern, gut ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und super sauber. Dies gilt für die gesamte Wohnanlage. Es gibt einen Raum mit Kicker, Billard, Tischtennis und Fernseher für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Die Lage in Tar ist super, es gibt alles, was man braucht in laufbarer Entfernung. Gerne wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Schönes gepflegtes Objekt in Zentraler Lage zwischen den Orten Porec´ und Novigrad, beide sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min erreicht. Zum Check-in muss man sich in Umag (liegt auf dem Weg nach Tar) beim Verwalter melden, der Check-in verlief problemlos und war nach 5 min abgehandelt. Wir wurden von einem PKW zum Objekt geleitet. Im Objekt angekommen wurde uns vom Vermieter alles gezeigt. Und ab in den Pool, der während unseres Aufenthaltes immer Sauber und gepflegt war. (auch die Temperatur war sehr angenehm) Das Objekt selbst befindet sich in der Ortsmitte von Tar, zum Bäcker, Fleischer den Restaurants benötigt man zu Fuß jeweils 2-5 min. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sehr gepflegt, Küche, Bad und beide Schlafzimmer in Ordnung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden alle 7 Tage gewechselt. Ein kleines Manko war die Ausstattung der Küche, hier hat eine große Pfanne bzw. eine große Schüssel gefehlt, (gab beides bei Plodiene), der nicht vorhandene Geschirrspüler war gar nicht so schlimm wie gedacht, nach 10 min war alles aufgewaschen. Wir haben bei Ankunft eine Zutrittskarte für das "Laterna Ressort" erhalten, somit kann man mit dem PKW fast im Meer Parken und die Strände und Badeplateaus dieses Resorts nutzen. Für uns war es der erste Urlaub in Kroatien, es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen, auch die Unterkunft erhält von uns die Bewertung empfehlenswert.
