And first of all our wines - a journey of discovery through the vineyards is worthwhile here. The truffle hunt is a bit more difficult - but that shouldn't be your concern. Simply enjoy the fresh tubers in one of our delicious national dishes, the "Fuzi", the Istrian national noodle. Preferably in one of the farm restaurants, where the chef looks for the exclusive mushrooms himself - it couldn't be fresher!
