Perfect Vacation Home, in a Gated Community

Beautiful Home with 3 Bathrooms an additional Shower built in Spa in the basement with Entertainment area. The outdoor pool had a constant heated temperature of 33degrees. Perfect communication with Stevens, not a single issue at all. If I had to suggest one thing: The stairs to the basement is steep and slippery when wet. Please add a handrail in order to get a more secure "climb" downwards. However we can recommend this home 100%.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien und zwei Hunden da und es hat alles super gepasst. Einzig die direkte Umgebung eignet sich nicht sehr gut für Spaziergänge mit Hund. Sonst alles prima und wie beschrieben.

Un grand merci à Stevens, très professionnel et disponible. Que de belles choses à dire sur cette location. Piscine, spa, situation et extérieurs sont les atouts de ce lieu. Très bien équipée, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. A recommander.

Fantastisk hus med dejligt udeområde, der passer perfekt til en stor familie. Huset har alt hvad man skal bruge. Det levede fuldt op til forventningerne. Poolen var lidt uren men det blev fikset undervejs. Området og byen er lidt stille. Jeg har kun et kritikpunkt; vi var flere mennesker i huset end vi måtte og det var vi ikke opmærksomme på. Det var vores fejl! Da vi blev gjort opmærksom af ejeren (hvordan vidste han i øvrigt det?), tilbød vi straks at betale differencen og så ganske enkelt ikke det store problem i det. Men det var det tydeligvis og tonen blev delvist aggressiv, hvilket var helt unødvendigt. Vi endte med at blive, betalte ekstra penge for de ekstra deltagere og blev tilbudt at betale ekstra penge for flere håndklæder - hvorfor? Vi endte også med en følelse af, at have betalt alt for meget for huset. Det ændrede ikke på at vi havde en god uge!

Entspannend, ruhig, sicher und eine gute Lage

Wenn man in den Urlaub fährt, ist wohl immer eine große Sorge, ob mit der Unterkunft alles gut klappen wird. Kurz gesagt, ja. Alles lief perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Stevenes war unkompliziert, präzise, lösungsorientiert und man konnte sich auf sein Wort verlassen. (Ja ja ich bin Deutsch und solche Dinge müssen schließlich "In Ordnung" sein). Das Haus selbst ist an Annehmlichkeiten und Möglichkeiten kaum zu überbieten. Selbstverständlich ist nicht alles perfekt, doch ein fehlender Handlauf oder was auch immer, ist nur ein kleines Detail und wenn 99% sehr gut ist, darf man gerne aufrunden. Dazu war die Lage aus meiner Sicht wunderbar, der Pool war phantastisch und die Kombination von Sauna, Dusche und Whirlpool ist unschlagbar. Die Schlafzimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren bequem, auch für größere Leute (190cm) mit etwas mehr Gewicht (als würde ich jetzt wirklich sagen, wie viel ich wiege). Schön ist auch, dass die hier inserierte Anzeige genau dem entspricht, was man am Ende bekommt. Kurz um, von meiner Seite und für meinen Geschmack, wenn euch das Haus hier gefällt, werdet ihr es real sehr genießen dort zu sein.

Villa per rilassarsi in quattro, sei, otto.

La villa offre tutti i confort utili per passare una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante; è molto funzionale e ha lo spazio più che sufficiente per accogliere comodamente otto persone. La cucina è moderna e molto funzionale, con piastre induzione molto efficienti; molto comoda anche la macchina per il ghiaccio. La zona giorno al piano terra è confortevole con divani comodi e un grosso televisore smart. La zona "night" al piano -1 è stata molto apprezzata dai ragazzi che hanno potuto guardare la sera tanti film davanti a un gigantesco televisore smart con impianto audio degno di nota. Menzione particolare alla mia camera da letto del primo piano, dotata di bagno comunicante, terrazzo che si affaccia sulla piscina, televisore nascosto da armadio a muro e soprattutto uno dei materassi più comodi che abbia mai provato. Vi consiglio di portare tutto il necessario per il bagno perché nulla è fornito dalla proprietà, neanche un sapone; gli asciugamani e spugnoni per doccia invece sì. L'Impianto di condizionamento è efficientissimo ma considerando la zona e un clima non eccessivamente caldo non l'abbiamo quasi mai acceso, complice credo una efficiente coibentazione delle pareti che proteggono dal caldo preservando la temperatura naturale all'interno.

Ein tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen und alles da, was man braucht

Wir hatten 8 wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. 3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund. Die Lage ist ruhig. Ideal zum runterkommen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Nach Saint Tropez sind es ca 30 Minuten.Cannes, Nizza und Monaco sind in 60-90 Minuten zu erreichen. In dem Haus fehlte es uns an nichts. Lediglich der Kellereingang könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern war immer top. Die Ansprechpartner sind super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.

Excellent Villa

Excellent Villa. Has everything you need. Photos and description are accurate. Air conditioning everywhere (including all bedrooms) is quiet and works perfectly. Pool big for a private villa. Pool area with loads of shady and sunny spots. Kitchen well equipped. Villa easy to find and get to, large supermarkets nearby (10 mins) Very quiet safe suburban area in a a gated cul de sac. We had a lovely 2 weeks in Summer 2022, complete relaxation barely left the villa which is what we needed after Covid and teenagers exams. Owners communication was excellent and we felt we could ask for anything we needed. Would definitely come back to this villa and would recommend it 100%.

October holiday

The property fulfilled all our expextations. Nice for 3 couples, everything worked very well and the house was equipted with all you needed. The weather was still lovely in October so it was nice with the heated pool. Thanks very much and hope to see you some sunny day. Christina&Kenneth

een zeer leuke villa die volledig voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Wel jammer dat de buren zeer moeilijk doen over allerhande soortengeluid vb. spelende kinderen 's avonds, lichte muziek in de namiddag, etc. Zwembad is fantastisch en top dat bijna elke kamer een badkamer heeft. Alle comfort is voorzien
