The AC didn't work during my entire stay and we had to sleep with the outside shade door open. The beds were also hard. My daughter had a small bed and as soon as she sat down it seems that it broke. The hotel itself looked nice and the view is amazing. It's in a very country place but only a few minutes from most turist destinations."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."
