Very comfortable independent studio of 30 m2, in a 19th century presbytery.

Very beautiful entirely new studio of 28 m2, in a classified presbytery of the 18th, adjoining the Saint Jacques church, with well-equipped kitchenette, exposed stones, oak parquet floor, 160 cm bed, linen curtains.
It is a charming apartment, warm and refined, high ceiling, with paintings, books, nice bathroom, wifi and television. It is located in the very center of Tarascon, close to the Souleiado museum and the theater as well as very good restaurants. Completely independent, it has a very nice patio adjoining an Art Gallery and communicating with the apartment. The town of Tarascon retains a rich heritage, a historic center, private mansions and its magnificent Château du Roi René on the banks of the Rhône. The train station is a five-minute walk away and serves the Avignon-TGV stations (10 mins) as well as Nîmes and Arles (also 10 mins). Nearby are the Alpilles massif for mountain hikes, the towns of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Baux-de-Provence, the abbeys of Montmajour and Frigolet.
Without forgetting, the Camargue, and its large beaches, the marshes and its large birds. 40 minutes by car. A beautiful landscape with its diversity, and the sun all year round!

Traumhaft schön von der Lage und das Anwesen

Besser geht nicht! Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit kleiner Terrasse. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- Sie hat uns Kaffee, Butter,Marmelade und ein Baguette hingestellt und war immer da um Fragen zu beantworten. Sehr sehr schön.. wir kommen wieder!!

Central and Off the Beaten Path

Chantel has designed a wonderful oasis that n the village of Tarscon. She was s an artist and collector of amazing art. Your room and every place else is filled with art. Very nice room, though it could use a fan for both filling and noise. Book here and you will enjoy the access to all local cartons in the area, plus the enjoyment of a wonderful nderful hostess. She has a nice gentleman,Aidan, that helps with any communication.

Quaint small town France

This is a relaxing place to stay in a wonderful small art gallery. The location is great for a quiet vacation but with access to more activities and restaurants close by, either by walking or a 15-20 minute train ride, depending on where you want to go. The property manager is very nice but speaks very little English. She did have friends and neighbors that helped us to communicate. Overall a unique and very pleasant place to stay.

Un lieu préservé que l’on rejoint, fourbus, après les visites d’étapes, Avignon, son festival, Arles, son festival, saint- Rémy de Provence, son marché, et les Saintes-Maries, leur plages. Chantal est une hôtesse attentive et passionnée qui ne recule devant aucun conseil, surtout pictural - une galerie adjacente au lieu surprenante! Bref, beaucoup de plaisir malgré la chaleur écrasante de l’été 23.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und außergewöhnlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte uns sogar Lebensmittel für das erste Frühstück bereit gestellt. Die Handtücher wurden alle 4 Tage gewechselt und auch unser Bett wurde nach einer Woche frisch bezogen.Tarascon ist der perfekte Ort um die Provence zu erkunden. Zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit, sodass man auch mal einen Strandtag machen kann. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub.

Un petit havre de paix

Chantal a réussi à créer un véritable petit paradis au centre de la vieille ville de Tarascon. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis dans son petit studio très bien agencé au sein même de sa galerie d’art. Besonderes Ambiente - empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft ist ganz besonders und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Gastgeberin Chantal hat uns in allem sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend unterstützt. Nebst der geräumigen Wohnung stand uns auch die Galerie offen und ein ruhiger Sitzplatz im Garten. - Zwei Tage waren definitiv zu kurz für diesen Aufenthalt! In der Umgebung von Tarascon finden sich viele nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um einen Abstecher nach Avignon, Arles zu unternehmen.

Un weekend très agréable

Nous avons fait connaissance de notre hôtesse, Chantal(très réactive), à notre arrivée.Un accueil chaleureux ,précis,nous laissant rapidement libres d'intégrer ce joli studio cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût.Un haut plafond donne beaucoup d'espace au lieu.Tres jolie salle de bain,coin cuisine pour dinette,quelques gentilles attentions,petit salon et grand lit confort.A noter, si vous venez en voiture,pas de possibilité de parking à proximité,il faut donc prévoir de se garer en extérieur de la vieille ville constituée de ruelles praticables uniquement à pieds(environ 300m de marche). Autre point positif, le studio,est très calme .

Wunderbar - une Merveille

Ein sympathischer und wunderschöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen - man wohnt quasi in einer Kunstgalerie. Die Gastgeberin ist die Galeristin und zwar mit einem ausgezeichneten Geschmack. Sie tut alles, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Das Studio ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben gekocht und im romantischen Innenhof gegessen. So eine sympathische, schöne und ruhige Unterkunft hatten wir noch gar nie. Wir werden wiederkehren - und Kunst kaufen! Unbedingt les carrières de Baux en Provence besuchen, die Kunstprojektionen sind fantastisch gemacht und die Musik dazu macht das Erlebnis grandis. Un endroit agréable et très sympa - on vit pratiquement dans une galerie d'art. L'hôtesse est la galeriste et a un goût excellent. Elle fait tout pour que les hôtes se sentent à l'aise. Le studio est meublé joliment et de façon très pratique. Nous avons cuisiné et mangé dans la cour romantique. Nous n'avons jamais eu un endroit aussi agréable, sympathique, beau et calme pour séjourner. Nous reviendrons - et nous achèterons des œuvres d'art ! Il faut absolument visiter les carrières de Baux en Provence, les projections artistiques sont fantastiques et la musique qui les accompagne rend l'expérience grandiose.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, la propriétaire est adorable. En ce qui concerne le logement, la rénovation récente est de très bonne qualité et a été effectuée avec beaucoup de goût, les prestations sont à la hauteur de nos espérances. Beaucoup de charme !
