LâĂ©tat de lâappartement particuliĂšrement vĂ©tuste et le mĂ©nage fait trĂšs sommairement. Ăvier bouchĂ©, mĂȘme si lâintervention rapide du gestionnaire a pu Ă©viter le pire.
