“A group of eight guys headed to Cape Breton for 4 nights and five days at Baddeck and luckily picked the best possible place to stay that we could. The course is right next to Bell Bay Golf Club which was convenient for us as we played three rounds there, one at Cape breton Highlands (1 hr away) and one round at the Lakes at Ben Oein (1 hr away). “We were to be in the Green Chalet (the word chalet is quite misleading). Informed host we would be arriving late. Chalet could only be identified by the roof colour, which in the dark is not visible. A sign on the cabin would have been helpful. The breakfast (an additional charge) was watery scrambled eggs, cold pancakes, dry bread, frozen raspberries. The manager was to be in at 8:00, finally showed up at 8:25. The other staff were unable to assist with check-in. As a result, we were unable to……

“Very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as promised and was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly enjoyed the screened porch and the visit each morning from the resident cat. The location is rather remote so one must come prepared with food etc but it is lovely and quiet and a great place to get away from it all. Pam and Steve ”
